It is the story of Kabir, a happy-go-lucky guy who is a student engineering for the last ten years now, whose life goes for a sixer when he meets the eccentric and kinky Kuhu. Kabir always sought for a girl to love and to make love but he never in his untamed dreams visualized he would meet a girl who could make him dance around circles, jog semi naked, go for outing on cycles without seats, put on high heeled ladies shoes... Oh believe me it gets worse. But the hilarious part of Ugly aur Pagli is they essentially fall in love with each other and what we see is one of the oddest love stories of the year.
